What sort of objects from nature will be in your decor?

I'd love to hear what other brides are using for their "nature" wedding! This theme is so versatile - from pinecones to moss to bird's nests!

I focused my wedding decor on moss, birch, birds, ferns, mushrooms, and leaves.

A miniature forest with moss, mushrooms, and fern leaves on birch slices, all laid out on a cake stand that mimicked a tree, with a bird in it.

Hi!

We had a mountain wedding (ok, the screen name gave it away, I know) with natural elements like pine cones, twigs, rocks, wildflowers, aspen leaves, and large sunflowers in our centerpieces.

Cake with pine cones and twigs:

CP's with small river rocks (in the vase), sunflowers, and real aspen leaves

We used these large river rocks for both our escort cards and our unity ceremony, which involved guests writing a wish or prayer for us on one.

Great board!

Love the cake, Mountainbride! There are so many ways to have a "nature" wedding! If we had done a winter wedding, it would have been awesome to do pine cones, etc.

We are doing like a rustic garden theme. So we are having lots of garden type items. Including 'nature' things.

Our Chuppah is made our of Cedar Poles - my dad hand picked these from a camp he works at. Of course we aren't cutting down live ones :)

Potted Rose plants for things like the bar, bookshelves, program table, etc.

We are considering doing sapplings for favors

I used a lot of 'recycled' paper

I'm using a little bit of nature.  The centerpiece is dried wheat and oats.  May also use some dried leaves.
