Where to find a rhinestone cuff/band to go around the vases?

I looked on Ebay and found some stretch bracelets but I'm afraid they wont stretch wide enough to go around 8" round vases (they actually may be 10").


 


I guess if all else fails I can wrap each vase with wide satin ribbon and secure with a rhinestone broach.

Thanks for the links.  I'll check them out.  I might also try to check out a place like Claire's in the mall to see if they have inexpensive rhinestone jewlery that would work.

Raz, did you ever find anything? I have 24 vases and want to find bracelets to go around them. Mine are 10" where I want the bracelet. The problem is the bottom is 12". So I can either find something that stretches or cut a 10" bracelet. I have a miniature version of my vase and put a bracelet around it. That is when I came up with the idea. It was so beautiful, it picked up all the light from the candles and made a spectacular glow.


Here is a picture of my vase. My vases will have water with lavender petals and a lavender floating candle at the top. Around each vase will be 3 votive candles. I wanted to put mirrors on the bottom. But they are too expensive. Also I think the blinged out bracelets will be way better.

Ok, I will try. The new one in Dunwoody opens on the 23rd of this month. They should have some sort of grand opening special. I will get it then along with all of the other supplies  I need for the rest of my DYI to do list. Thanks

I am 99% sure that I saw the entire cuff thingy at Michael's a couple of months ago. Maybe check there in their wedding section!

I wasn't able to locate anything at Hobby Lobby.  I looked all around where the ribbon, fabric and wedding stuff was located.  Was I looking in the wrong place?


 


My neice will have six tall centerpieces and six lower centerpieces.  I don't know the diameter yet but I do know that they are too big for a stretchy bracelet.


 


I'm going to look on ebay to see if I can find anything.


 


Mars:  I love the shape of your vases.  Are you in Atlanta?  We are down in the Statesboro/Savannah area.  Hopefully soon we will get up to Ikea to buy a few things for the wedding.

Definitely, I will post the night of the 23rd. I will be on it. Also I saw the cuff at my Michael's but it was pearl and relatively inexpensive. Might have just been out of stock of the rhinestones though.


I am in Atlanta, Ikea is awesome. I saw the rhinestones at Hobby Lobby in Alpharetta,  I had to ask but they knew exactly what I was talking about. I think they were either $12.99 or $13.99 a yard. It was around a bunch of trim in the fabric section.

I found the trim. It was easy. I just asked someone and i bought the entire spool. See my forum post about what centerpiece to use and you can see pictures. Also they are on my page.
