Anyone take Yoga classes here? I just took my first class Saturday and am hooked. I went again today. I love it because it relaxes me and allows "me time" and I absolutely love the stretching. I also love the poses and like that I can challenge myself, in time, to do the more advanced poses.
I am definiitely integrating Yoga classes into my workout regimen. BTW I am sore from the last two classes ;)
