Lunch

I was a HUGE Lean Cuisine eater prior to getting preggo.  I know they arent recommended because of the high sodium count.  Anyone know of any meals like that, that are ok to eat?  Everything premade is so high in sodium, even most soups are.

You might have to pack your lunch with different foods. I think that if u eat one a week or choose the organic less sodium ones (I like the Kashi and Amys) for a few times a week you will be fine!

Think about how many pregnant ladies eat taco bell and pizza everyday and they end up with perfectly fine babies.

All in moderation I say!

Oh I know, at least I would be eating something other than fast food right?

I also like Amy's :) I mean I have their stuff only like once every few months, but the meals (especially the veggie enchiladas) taste great.

I love Amy's and Kashi.  And there is another brand I eat with all natural ingredients called Cedar Lane.  I find them to be quite good (My favorite is the eggplant one!)
