Ugh...sister in law is pregnant

I will probably sound like an insensitive moody pregnant woman, but I don't care, I just found out my brother and his wife are expecting, and I'm slightly annoyed. She is due a little over a month after me and I can already hear the comments for us to have a "joint baby shower". Ugh, gag me.

They just got married in September, can't pay their bills (but drive a brand new car of course), and have two dogs that they never feed or take care of (I know this because my husband and I buy their food and feed them). They had a bird in the winter that died because it was never fed and they left it rotting in its cage for months. She treats my little sister (who is 10) like crap and goes around acting like we need to bring everything to her on a silver platter. So needless to say, I feel kinda sorry for this baby. They eat nothing but ramen and McDonald's, literally. I really hope pregnancy changes people...if you all knew the full story, you would understand lol.

Oh I have a feeling I know what you're talking about.  My one cousin got pregnant 2 years ago and it was like the same thing.  Dirty house, she doesnt work, smoked the entire pregnancy, does lord knows what types of drugs....just someone that doesn't deserve to be pregnant basically.

TOTALLY know what you mean. I have a cousin who got married in a court house, had a huge bridal shower - not even 1 month later, started the process of an annulment/divorce, never to return the gifts. Fast forward 2yrs, still married to the guy, but pregnant by ANOTHER guy. Doesnt work, doesnt go to school, constantly complaining about everything on facebook, mooching food off my ailing grandpa... Slum of the family.

Ugh I hate situations like this, cause all you can do is hope for the best for the child, and like you said, hope that pregnancy changes people.
