When did you first start feeling baby?

Lovelies,

I was wondering when did you feel baby for the 1rst time and knew for sure it was your LO? I'm only 13w5 and I can't wait to feel something (I know...I still have to wait....humph). And what does it feel like?

TIA

We first felt our LO at 17 weeks and it felt like bubbles moving along my lower stomach.  haha It's hard to describe.  Sometimes it would feel like bubbles or even like a worm inching along or even just flutters.

Well I started feeling little sensations starting at 15 or 16 weeks and I could only describe it as a feeling like a little fish swimming around in my belly lol. For a while, I wasn't sure if that was the baby I was feeling but over time, the movements started to get more prominent and frequent. I think it was around 19 or 20 weeks that they turned into actual little "jabs" lol and I was able to start feeling them from the outside. Now, at 24 weeks, sometimes it feels like he's practicing martial arts in there! They grow so fast, so naturally, their movements get stronger like every single week.

I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and still waiting to feel something! :(

My Dr told me my placenta is in the front which means it will take longer for me to feel movement. I can't wait to feel movement too!

I started feeling movement close to 17 weeks. It feels bubbles moving around in your lower belly area or a small eel swimming around in your lower belly area. Lol
Either way, it's the best feeling in the world.

I also started feeling flutters at 17 weeks, and then little thumps at 18 weeks. It took about two more weeks for DH to feel them on the outside (right at 20 weeks). Now at 22 weeks, the movements are MUCH stronger and constant! I'm sure it is just more noticeable because the baby is bigger now, but it's funny. I am amazed by how many different feelings there are, too. Sometimes they feel like flutters, other times like jabs, other times it's like he is rolling over.

I felt like the time between the end of our first trimester and those first kicks was a whole lot of waiting (for everything!) Then it's like everything starts happening at once -- feeling kicks, finding out the gender, shopping, getting ready for showers. It definitely helps you reconnect with your baby/pregnancy :-)

I was 16.5 weeks and to me honestly it felt like a twitch like you would get in other areas of your body- but it would happen in the same spot in my lower abdomen. It never felt like gas to me or flutters. Just twitching that eventually became hard kicks! :)

I also read the only other thing I could relate to which was like popcorn popping..
