I wrapped all with satin ribbon

And tied a pretty bow and hot glued a shiny button on bow after I snipped off the back of the button piece

I folded my handkerchief and wrapped like a skirt onto the stems of bouquet and pinned with a safety pin so that my handkercheif and safety pin would be available if I needed it

Garter materials I had in sewing basket but if I had to buy remenants $4-$10 depending on materials 1/2" elastic Measure thigh add 4" for material subtract 1" to 1.5"  for elastic. Make sure this is comfortable.
