Can I buy with confidence from Dressilyme?

I have searched forever for a quarter length sleeve gown. I am not picky and do not have the time to wait for a completely custom made gown. I was going to order from Milly Bridal, but after hearing about their horrible customer service right now and lack of test dress picture availability etc... I decided that maybe I should try Dressilyme.

Because this is my first post, I am not yet allowed to post a link to the dress but the style number that I want is WWD002N4.

How long would it HONESTLY take to get the dress? What can I expect about the quality of it? Will it look almost the same as the picture? I am so nervous about doing this... any honest advice will be a huge help to me!

This is my first post so... nice to meet you all. :)

Hi, erinrena.

I was going to go with Milly also, but I am so relieved I didn't. From my personal experience, the dresses Dressilyme make look very similar to the pictures. You can see my review posted here. I absolutely LOVE the quality and all the details. I would estimate 20-30 days after payment for the dress to get through the whole process.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for the information! :)

I've waited well over 24 hours to hear back about some questions I had for them. Is this normal??

I don't believe they reply on weekends. During the week I got a response within about 24 hours or less.  I think they are starting to get a lot more business in recent weeks, so they may be a little slower then normal.  Use their online message system, over outside email, that makes it much easier.

Hello again ladies. :)

This may be a stupid question, but how can you go about ordering a custom made dress (if that's what I choose to do) from the site? Just message them through their messaging system your measurements and they will bill you?

I did get replies from them today... I'm very pleased with their customer service. :)
