Is dressily me ignoring anyone else?

Hi,


This is my first post but I have been folowing this borad for a while, whilst contemplating getting a wedding dress from China.


After reading all the good reviews and seeing all the lovely dresses made, I have e mailed dressilyme to see if they could make a replica of the sottero and midgley dress vsm7080. I love this dress and would love to have one, but it is discontinued. 


Very annoyingly, after 4 weeks and 4 polite emails, I have heard nothing. I have plenty of time, it's just a pain. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Hi,


I've never emailed them but I have sent messages to them through the ask a question option on their website and they have always emailed back within 24 hours to my email address and my account address.

You could also try phoning them (just have to in the evenings since the time difference) but they speak very good English and are super helpful on the phone :)

I usually get an answer back by the next morning... that's kind of weird? BUt I have only sent a message after already purchasing the gown. So maybe that's why... good luck and hopefully it all works out :)

Maybe there is something wrong with our email system? your know ?they are  not always so reliable.  You can just email to  pre-sales@dressilyme.com or  maybe you can give me your emal address ?we‘ll try to find your email from our mail-system?

Hi everyone, 


thanks for all your replies. I've just realised it was entirely my fault. Dressilyme were replying, but the replies were going into my junk mail. I couldn't find them amongst my millions of junkmails because they were under presales, not dressilyme. 


What an idiot I am. 


Well done dressilyme, yet more good reviews I have heard about you :)
