Slimming down POST WEDDED BLISS WEIGHT

Hello Ladies!


The beautiful BeccaBride suggested I post in this forum about slimming down AFTER the big day.  We had the motivation before....the dress the picture etc but now without all those DIYs and the rest of life taking over I am sure there are some of us in need of some motivation.  Funny thing is the first place I looked for some is with you beautiful ladies!  If you would like to encourage each other for this, to help maintain diring the upcoming holidays you could add your name to the thread!  We can work together to help each other POST big day!  Anyone else interested?  I need help but can't even begin to count another weght watchers point.  I know what I have to do so who wants to join me??? Post some attainable behavior goals below.  We can check up on each other, send a toast to let each other know we are there!  


 


My goals for this week:  Drink more water, and have one fruit and one veggie per meal!

Yay, you posted this thread! I have just stickied it so it is up at the top. 


My goal this week is to also drink more water (I have definitely been slacking on that).  I want to start eating more veggies during the day as snacks instead of chips and pretzels.

I am wondering ladies as I know that walking is a wonderful way to take off some our post-wedding weight, do any of you have a favorite pedometer that you use or have used.  I'm looking to get one, as working from home I have found lately that I am doing a ton of walking in between rooms, downstairs, upstairs and so on, and I'm sure I'm logging over 2500 steps per day.

This is for me..... i know for sure thta i am gonna gain weight and i would want to really cut down some.... this is amazing

I just checked my weight. 5kg! 5 whole kilograms over my pre-wedding weight! I need to drop that weight, fast! Im going on a diet right away.

I gues why its so scary to me is that Ive maintained the same weight for 10years now. So adding 5 kg in less than 3 months is scary, at this rate, how much will I add after baby#1?!!
