30 Day Shred
I just found this gem of a group and thought to myself: self, this is another great way to make yourself accountable!
I spend a lot of time at the gym running and biking mostly but I find I'm never sore the next day and although the pounds are apparently dropping (down 11 pounds) I don't see a difference. I went out yesterday and bought Jillian Michaels ever so famous 30 Day Shred DVD and today was day 1!!
So I want to post here that I'm doing it so I have more people to keep me acocuntable for following through. I did take before pictures, as well as measurements, so at the end of the 30 days I want to post those (although I don't think you're gonna want to see them).
Anyone else done it? Have any wisdom and motivation to share?? :D
