Anyone try it? My MOH and her sister just started it..I just bought some waiting for delivery now. I'd like some feedback though!

Just remember, when it comes to weight loss/fat burning products..If it sounds too good to be true, then it is.
I'm taking it. I lost 7 pounds in four days and i'm certainly smaller.
i don't take it as often as I should because I'm also ttc and need to be careful. My friend Whitney has lost 12 pounds in about a month.
OHHH WOW I just read A LOT of reviews about this and out of 50 I read only 2 were so called bad reviews.
Please keep us posted when you start taking it.
I take it sometimes. Do not have ANY caffeine if you take it. It gives you so much energy it's absurd. But it also raises your heart rate a decent amount. I won't do cardio without wearing a heart rate monitor when I take it. My heart rate tends to get a little too high if I workout 30 minutes after I take a dose. The best thing about it is that you are not hungry AT ALL and think you can do cardio forever.
Woohoo I started it today and so far I'm energized and I haven't been munching at my desk as much. I skipped my morning coffee since I've heard many reviews like @amberv. But I didn't miss it either. Not sure if thats the OEP yet or just my head saying..I started this it must be working? OEP recomends women drink 91 Fl. Oz. per day while taing the suppliment. So far I've drank 40 and let me tell you..I'm using the ladies room every ten minutes! I forgot to weigh myself this morning but I weighed myself Monday and I'll start tracking from that weight.

LOVE THIS STUFF!!!! I've lost 17lbs on it! I was 180 when I started, now 163.... it's amazing. And I have so much energy. I take two pills in the morning before breakfast, and only take the lunch time pill if I feel hungry...
It makes me thirsty,, which is good, cuz I drink the water like you're supposed to that way :-)

Okay, I just finished up my 8 weeks and I lost just a smidge over 20 lbs!!! Now time for my four weeks off of it, then back on again to see if I can lose more!!!
Sorry @jennifer25 I just now saw your post asking how long I was taking it...
Okay so I haven't been taking it exactly as directed. I got a really bad cold and didn't think that while sick/on a Zpak that it was the best idea to keep the regimen up. So I stopped for a bit. I did take it one day when I was starting to feel better and boy did I get loopy. So I decided to wait until I was all better.
I'm back and taking two pills a week. I'm down 4.5 lbs. I haven't been working out besides 1 yoga class a week. But I have been dieting. This week I start working out more. Tonight I'm going to take a Birkrim yoga class. This week I'm doing a yoga cleanse. So mostly yoga workouts. Even though during the cleanse I'm not supposed to have any caffeine I decided to keep taking OEP that way I wouldn't have to start over. I am however going to gauge how I feel. If it makes me too loopy I'll cut back to one pill a day.
I've been taking it since January (with the four weeks off of course) and it's helped me TONS!! So far I'm down 35 pounds from January... and OEP has definitely helped!!
@ Kristen....what's your workout schedule like while you are taking OEP? That is great 35lbs since January!!! Keep up the good work!!
I got the pills but have been a slacker! But I started back up this week and Monday I was at 176.8 but today I am at 171. And that is with walk/running 3 miles the first 2 days and today I am adding in P90X and going to run/walk 5 miles. So hopefully I can drop at least 10lbs by our big day!!!
@Jennifer - It mainly has been Jillian Michael's DVD's - the 30 DS and the 6 week 6 pack workout video (the ab one works WAY more than just abs - promise!! :P)
I've mainly been watching what I eat, lately been slacking on the exercise :( But I'm kicking it into high gear come Sunday so I can lose the next 15-20 before the wedding!!
I just bought this and I'm excited! My trainer recommended it to me and told me it really works. I'm working out 5-6 times a week. 2-3 days of tennis, 2 days with trainer and 1 day of kickboxing or spin class, but haven't lost anything. Granted I've been eating like a pig... haha! But now it's time to get my butt into gear. I've got less than 10 weeks to lose 25 lbs! So I hope this works!
Where does one get this stuff? Can you get it at a GNC, or do you have to order it?
