UGH no motivation

I'm going dress shopping in April and I would like to lose a few pounds and inches before then. I work full time, go to school full time, run kids everywhere under the sun full time and sleep part time. I'm having a hard time finding the energy and the motivation to get active. Any suggestions?

Wow, sounds like your'e busy!!! I can tell you that sleep is probably going to be your number one thing you need to work on. Too little sleep is definitely a factor in weight gain.


Think about your day and when you can squeeze in little bouts of exercise. Food will also be huge for you since you don't have a lot of time for exercise. Feel free to pm me, I help people with this for a living :) GL!

I have lost a ton of weight in just a few months.


No exercising was required, just retail therapy ie walking in Malls


I drink 4 4oz cups of herbal caffine free tea a day with 1/2 tsp sugar and alternate with seltzer water to get 32 oz of liquid/day


I eat 1 Greek Yogurt for Breakfast mine is FatFree 80 Calorie Dannon with 1 fruit.


Snack I eat 1 MINI bagel 1gram fat


Lunch is a homemade Low Fat soup made with Fat Free Broth I use Rachel Rays Low Sodium Lots of veggies and Fish or Chicken Breast Only fat comes from the meat 2 oz of meat


Snacks are AirPopped Popcorn with Spicy seasoning NO SALT added like MRS DASH Use a Spray Butter that is also fat free to help the seasoning stick.


Dinner is 3oz of protein 2 cups of veggies 1 fruit and 1 starch


Snack 1 very small piece of cake made with applesauce instead of a fat. NO Icing


Instead of the Gym I go to the Mall and walk around 1.5 hours of retail time 3 times a week is a lot more fun!
