What exercising did you do today?
I have not headed to the gym yet today. I am proud to say yesterday I spent two hours in the gym. When I started working out 3 weeks ago I couldn't last 5 minutes on the elliptical. Yep 5 whole minutes. I am happy to say yesterday it wasn't difficult and I lasted 31 minutes. I even ran for 5 minutes on the treadmill which is huge for me because I did lucky to last 2 minutes before.
I haven't been doing very well going to the gym but I am going to. I am down 5 pounds and I know in order to see the number i want I have to get my butt in the gym with no excuses.
Yesterday I did the treadmill, elliptical, stability ball crunches, stability ball wall crunches, leg press, hip adduction machine, glute machine, tricep press, pectoral fly/deltoid machine, dumbbell bicep curls, row/rear deltoid machine, obliques with free weight of 25 pounds and leg extension machine. I do at least 50 pounds and 40 reps total.
I'm heading to the gym before supper tonight because it's not good to eat and then go to the gym.
