What exercising did you do today?

I have not headed to the gym yet today. I am proud to say yesterday I spent two hours in the gym. When I started working out 3 weeks ago I couldn't last 5 minutes on the elliptical. Yep 5 whole minutes. I am happy to say yesterday it wasn't difficult and I lasted 31 minutes. I even ran for 5 minutes on the treadmill which is huge for me because I did lucky to last 2 minutes before.


I haven't been doing very well going to the gym but I am going to. I am down 5 pounds and I know in order to see the number i want I have to get my butt in the gym with no excuses.


Yesterday I did the treadmill, elliptical, stability ball crunches, stability ball wall crunches, leg press, hip adduction machine, glute machine, tricep press, pectoral fly/deltoid machine, dumbbell bicep curls, row/rear deltoid machine, obliques with free weight of 25 pounds and leg extension machine. I do at least 50 pounds and 40 reps total.


I'm heading to the gym before supper tonight because it's not good to eat and then go to the gym.

Today is sort of my rest day. 30 day shred and 180 squats. ONly 5 more days left of Shred for me!

Today I walked for 30 min and did 15 min on the elliptical. I'll prob do another 15 on the elliptical later. I'm closing the gym tonight and being Friday, I might have some down time! Everybody wants to leave this place Friday night! Lol

I finally was able to start on Thursday, but I'm going to start my "official" diet plan on July 1st, since it doesn't make sense to me to start so close to the end of the month. 


I did go to the doctor on Wednesday and he weighed me.  I got on my Wii Fit because the weight at the doctor's seem right to me.  I weigh 179 (5 feet 10 inches) and my BMI according to the Wii is 25.63.  According to what it calculated for me, I need to lose 22 pounds, so July 1st here I come!

This morning I went for an hour walk/jog with my FI and later today I am going to do insanity.  Started my 3rd week of the program it’s really kicking my butt!
