More experienced girls, help!
okay, so I'm the first to admit: I am terrified of exercising in public. Because of my asthma, my allergies etc. My doctors have disallowed any extreme cardio activity. And because of the steroid inhalers and allergies to fresh fruits and veggies... Well, I've gained weight, and I don't like it. I walk, and do yoga on my wii.... But there is something cleansing about being surrounded by the energies of a group. I'm just... Scared. I saw a living social deal today, $20 for 20 classes at a local studio.... And I am thinking of trying it. But I want you all to check out the site: http://blissflowyoga.com/ will they have enough easy beginner stuff for me? Will they dislike that I am a newbie? :/ ps. Social anxiety? Yup, I gots that too. Help me be calm, and tell me if you think they would be a good fit?
