Don't think I'm ovulating...

I'm a little worried, and am not sure what to do.  DH and I have been TTC for about 4 months now, and I've been charting for the past month.  I've been using fertilityfriend.com to help with charting.  So far, I'm on CD 20, and according to the online chart, I haven't ovulated yet.  Is that normal?  Is there something I should be doing? Should I be worried?

I really appreciate any words of wisdom my PW family can give me on this one...

Jess--I only started charting at the beginning of this month, so I only have a partial chart so far.

Ok--stupid question time...how do I get the link to my chart so that i can get it to you? Also, I noticed that the last couple of days my temp was higher than it's been--does that mean something?

You can have bleeding that is like a period at the same time of your period if you aren't ovulating that is caused by other things besides ovulation.

I think technically it isn't considered a period because it isn't ovulation related, but you wouldn't be able to tell a difference.

Thanks Mare--I've never heard of that stuff before.  How did you hear about it?  Does it work?

vanessa, do you know how long your cycles typically are? b/c if you're 30-35 days long, then it's very possible that you have not ovulated yet.

also, did you chart a drop in temp yet followed by a raise in temp the next day (higher than previous days in the cycle)? that raise in temp should continue like jes said for 3 days straight... but by the time you've charted them, you've missed the window. what you're looking for is that subtle drop from previous days, followed by the first day of elevated temp, but it's the drop that gives you the best chance. sometimes, by the time you've noticed the temp raise, it's already too late, but you should try anyway ; )

good luck hun!

well i logged into my prescritpion insurance website and they sell stuff like if they're an online drug store. i was browsing prenatals and then that popped up and i researched it and read some reviews and figured its worth a shot. :) i'm irregular (last time i was 37 days this time i was 30 days) so hopefully this will regulate me!
