SO CONFUSED....OPK

So I keep reading diff things, I need your advise, the instructions on the digital clear blue say to use FMU, however I have read that LH is highly concentrated in the AM, therefore more likely to be false, the AM would be the best time for me to test as I drink so much water throughout the day. What do you ladies recommend? Should I just use a wondfo OPK in the afternoon, if so what time.

Thanks ladies!!! ;)

I was made to understand that FMU is not the best to use, because LH is synthesized later in the morning. Most opks say 10am to 4p is the optimal time to test. But Im not an expert, Im just learning the ropes as well.

MKCalderon... I feel the same. I agree with nenyibabs that I always was told FMU is not best for OPK, but I'm using Clear Blue Digi Advanced this month and it does say FMU after your longest sleep. I wonder if that's why I've been confused about getting only the flashing high sign the past 4 days bc the first 2 days I was testing later afternoon, then saw it said to test right away in the morning, which I have the last 2 days, if it would change by later in the day? Maybe bc this test is supposed to be more sensitive there is a reason for FMU being recommmended?

I'd do whatever they're recommending.  Sorry I'm not much help, I'm not using OPK's right now (maybe down the road I will).  FX
