Anything new?

Has anyonetried anything new and yummy? I think I'm hitting a wall here. This week I tried beatie's chipotle chicken and rice(yum!), my crockpot sandwhiches, I'm making the green enchiladas Thursday, and my beef Wellington specialty Friday :) but other than that I'm tapped :(

I am planning on trying lingy's roasted cauliflower recipe tonight!! With chicken stuffed w/ roasted red peppers and goat cheese. I cover it with balsamic vinigrette and then bake it in the oven. No recipe...I made it up one day but it's delish and one of DH's faves!

@jess what is your beef wellington specialty?  DH's good friend always talks about beef wellington lol

I tried Combes Butternut Squash Lasagna - it was yummy and I don't like squash!

I just tried a really yummy curry and dijon mustard baked chicken, if you like spice it might be worth a try.  I'm trying to work my way through all the recipes I saved from tastespotting!

Fish!

I followed the recipe for Simmered Bream from the book Everyday Harumi, except I substituted tilapia for the bream. It came out pretty good even though I left out the ginger. Also steamed some asparagus.

i made this the other night and it was delish! dont eat it as leftovers as the yogurt goes bad right away after cooking and it cant be stored and re-eaten later. it was a hit! i made it with chicken breats and thighs instead of legs.

yeah totally worth a try. it worked well with the breasts and thighs although it didnt come out crispy at all because i didnt drain the juices as it was cookiing. it did not taste yogurty to me. it tasted lemony and buttery for some reason. i made it for a big dinner at my place and everyone loved it even the picky eaters!
