So I am making Cake Balls for a baby shower I'm throwing in a few weeks. I'm looking to recreate this look (but no butterflies since that looks super complicated)...
My question for you ladies is how do I pipe the chocolate onto the balls? Do I just melt it like normal and then put it in a pastry bag with a piping tip on it? I'm scared that it will be super hot and melt the whole bag. Do I even use chocolate? Can I use normal frosting? Will it harden if I let it cool?
AHHH!! So many questions! I'm for sure going to do a run through before hand. Just needed some words of wisdom before I tackle this! TIA!!
