Crockpot Pulled BBQ chicken
In case anyone wants it!
-3-4 chicken breasts
-BBQ sauce (1 large bottle)
-Spices (I used onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper)
Put raw chicken in the crock pot with 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce. Add spices to taste (I didn't measure, just sprinkled some in)
Let cook on low for 4 hours. Pull chicken apart with a fork and add the rest of the BBQ sauce. Let cook another 2 hours. Serve with rolls to make sandwiches.
(I used Dino BBQ sauce at first but didn't like how thin it was, so when I pulled the chicken apart and added more, I used Hannaford brand, which was thicker.)
*If you were to let this cook while you're at work, you can just pull it apart when you get home!
