Crockpot Pulled BBQ chicken

In case anyone wants it!

-3-4 chicken breasts

-BBQ sauce (1 large bottle)

-Spices (I used onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper)

Put raw chicken in the crock pot with 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce. Add spices to taste (I didn't measure, just sprinkled some in)

Let cook on low for 4 hours. Pull chicken apart with a fork and add the rest of the BBQ sauce. Let cook another 2 hours. Serve with rolls to make sandwiches.

(I used Dino BBQ sauce at first but didn't like how thin it was, so when I pulled the chicken apart and added more, I used Hannaford brand, which was thicker.)

*If you were to let this cook while you're at work, you can just pull it apart when you get home!

I tried this tonight and it was awesome!!!

It cooked on low for about 12 hours and was not overcooked at all (my crockpot is pretty old though...not sure if that has something to do with it)....we used the new Budweiser BBQ sauce. Oh, and we sauteed up some mushrooms and onions and put them on top. Served it with a garden salad - delish!!

Thanks for the recipe!
