Crockpot: Shredded Chicken Tacos
Hey ladies- just made shredded chicken tacos the other night! Just wanted to share b/c it was so easy! Love easy now that my hands are full with a kiddo :)
All I did was put 2 cans of tomato sauce, one packet of taco mix, and 2 chicken breasts. Cooked for 10 hours (since we work so long) but around 8 hours I shredded the chicken up a bit. Great and super EASY! The only change next time I would do is drain the sauce after, bc the chicken is so moist and flavorful you don't need any extra. Winds up just making it messy- so I would strain out next time probably? You can also add your own seasonings as well to taste. We used our 'healthy' wraps as the shell, and added the lettuce and cheese after! ohhh and a side of black beans.
This was for 2 ppl, but we had plenty of leftovers too!
