Easy Cheesecake (and there's a lower-fat alternative too!)

I love love love cheesecake.  Here's the easiest, best tasting, AMAZING recipe I've found:

Easy Cheesecake

1 8oz block cream cheese, softened
1 8oz tub sour cream
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla
squeeze of 1/2 a lemon
Premade graham crust (use the larger one--2 extra slices)

  • Cream together cheese, sour cream, and milk. 

  • Add vanilla and lemon. (usually 10-20 drops is good) 

  • Pour into crust.

  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (will be a bit runny inside)

  • Refrigerate overnight

YES!!!  That's IT!  You can also use the small graham crusts and make a bunch of these for your dessert table ;)

Lower fat recipe-

Use fat free sweetened condensed milk, fat free sour cream, and lower fat cream cheese.  I personally do NOT recommend fat free cream doesn't set up right.
