fast and non messy way to help children make egg sandwiches

take a ziplock baggy and have your child crack in 2 to 3 eggs and add whatever seasonings they like onion, cheese whatever...then seal it shut....place it in a pan of boiling water until egg is thoroughly cooked. meanwhile toast 2 slices of toast or bagels put butter on them and cheese. when egg is done just take it out of ziplock baggy and put on your sandwich...really easy no mess to clean up.

DH and I did this after a friend told us to try it.

It was SUPER easy, and the eggs were much lighter/fluffier than cooking them in a pan!
The eggs do take a bit longer to cook, but it's well worth it!
