Have anyone used a Sous Vide?
I came across it at Sur La Table for 449.00. I thought it was interesting. Has anyone used it?
Season food, place in pouch and seal to lock in the flavors.
Set the temperature you want your food to cook at then place food pouch in convenient rack.
Remove food pouch from water after cooking time is reached and serve.
It's a new culinary trend. Food are cooked in a protected vacuum with precise temperature controls and it produces tender foods.
