Hey ladies!! I wasn't sure if this group or the flab to fit group was more appropriate for this topic, so I went ahead and posted it in both.
I'm working on making a list for our fridge of healthy snacks and meals - I think it will help me and my husband to make better choices when we are hungry. Right now we just grab whatever sounds good and usually its horribly unhealthy!! I know it would help me to have a list to choose from.
Anywho I was wondering... what are some of your favourite healthy snacks?
Also do you have any favourite recipes for healthy meals?
