Honey Garlic Glazed Meatballs
I made honey garlic glazed meatballs tonight and they were SO yummy!
The first time I made this I followed the recipe completely - but found the beef to be too.....tough (I used extra lean beef..which could have been the reason). So the SECOND time I made it I made the following adjustments:
- Used ground PORK instead of beef
- Made a LOT more sauce b/c I love my meatballs SAUCEY!
I highly recommend this recipe as it's super yummy!
I served it with steamed rice, steamed broccolli and corn :)
