I rocked the kitchen this weekend....
Saturday I made tacos for dinner, while I was cooking dinner I also made banana bread and Pioneer womans french toast casserole (you make it the night before stick it in the fridge and bake it in the morning, soooo goood!)
Yesterday I made a ham dinner with rice, steamed brussel sprouts and rools with baklava for dessert and I assembled a baked ziti so I could just pop it in the oven when I get home tonight. Yay me! LOL
Does anyone else try to cook more than one meal at a time to save time later in the week?
