Ice cream cupcakes

 


I have been seeing the commerical for cold stone ice cream cupcakes. And was wondering how would I make these BUT with like a pie crust instead cause I like ice cream pie better than cake. i want to make it in cupcake size. Does that even make sense? does anyone have any ideas on the process??

im surprised cold stone is just now jumping on this band wagon, I've seen these here in norcal for a while now. Anyway, ya know those gadgets that inject sauces and merinades into meat? you kinda use one of those. soften the ice cream, and inject it into the top of th cupcake, then ice and freeze =) they are yummy
