London Broil Question. . .

How do you cook a London Broil??? Grill only- or can I do crock pot or oven?  We don't have a grill right now.  Any good recipes too???

THANKS!

Every london broil I've ever seen was cooked...under a BROILER, hence the name. :)

Yes, you can cook it in the oven...My parents always do their london broil this way :)

My step-dad uses a broiler pan and I think he does like 5 -10 minutes on each side with the oven set on broil.  It has always been yummy!!!

I think London Broil is one of those cuts that doesn't grill well, kinda like flank steak (IMO). I would definitely suggest broiling it.

Its one of those steaks that you do not want to over cook, I would marinate it for a day and then grill or broil it. I think that it is a prefrence on taste?

I just made this! Seared it on the stovetop then popped in the oven on high heat.
