So I'm sure there is a recipe out there just like this, but don't burst my bubble:)
I made this a few weeks ago:) Yum!
Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese-softened
1.5 cups powdered sugar-sifted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 c heavy cream-whipped
Place your bowl and beaters for your mixer in the freezer. You want them nice a cold when you whip the cream
In another bowl mix the cream cheese, vanilla, and sifted powdered sugar. (It looks like the consistency of glue)
Now take out your bowl and beaters from the freezer. Beat until stiff peaks form. (I usually mix for an extra minute after that- weird)
Fold the 2 mixtures together. I usually fold 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture at a time into the whipped cream.
Voila. Ice your cake:) Goes great with a yellow/white cake and blueberry topping:)
