Ok ladies....I have pork chops in the fridge and I want to try something new. How do you cook your pork chops?
I made some super yummy chops last week. Ill have to look for the recipe but it was so yummy. You cook in a skillet some onion, garlic, mushrooms, pango breadcrumbs and butter. Then stuff the porkchops with it. Seal shut with tooth picks, then brown in the same skillet. Put them in oven for 15-20mins at 350.....OMG so good!!!
ooohhh that does sound good! I ended up doing maple glazed chops with an apple cranberry chutney, asparagus and rice. It was pretty good!
I bake mine. They're sooo yummy! Breaded and baked then I add a mushroom sauce. Soooo good. =)
i rely on Martha for an easy pork chop recipe, but I substitute the sugar for honey.
i usually bake ours with rice an cream of mushroom
but last night i nixed the rice added garlic, basil , fresh mushrooms , comushroom, covered it with foil baked for 35 at 350 an it was delish
my mom bakes them with a cup of sour cream an half a cup of sherry at 325 for an hr an half i think the time is off but it is good to
I grill mine (bone in) after marinating them in dijon mustard and apricot preserves. Then I baste them with the mustard/preserves mixture while they cook. Yum!
