How about this pork shouder/Boston butt recipe?

Sounds yummy, and you can probably modify the spices for more flavor :) DH makes BB all the time, but it's an ordeal involving a complicated spice rub and waking up in the early am hours to start cooking at VERY low temperatures!

My favorite crockpot recipe is a pork roast with saurkraut.  I drain the jar of saurkraut and put on top of the pork roast and cook on low in the crockpot for about 8 hours. I make macaroni and cheese and it is my favorite meal!!  I have it cooking right now at home in the crockpot!

When I do BBQ pork or beef, I cook the roast in the crock pot all day then pull it apart, add it back into the crock pot and add BBQ sauce.

I add this for the BBQ Sauce:  1 cup ketchup, 1 cup Brown sugar and 1 tsp. Worchestire sauce.  Everyone loves it.  So easy.

Let it cook for a while to get the flavoring mixed in.

Easiest pork recipe ever:

2 lbs pork tenderloin

1 16 oz rootbeer or dark beer

Put in crockpot on low and let cook for 6-7 hours.

Remove from crockpot, shred, and add any BBQ sauce you like.

**What we do is cook the pork & then shred it. Remove only enough for that night's dinner and add the BBQ sauce to it. Then we use the rest for different pork dishes for the next few nights. i.e. carnitas, pork taquitos. I know that's a lot of pork in a few days, but we're only 2 people & 2lbs of pork goes a long way when shredded.
