Porkchops stuffed with Cornbread stuffing
These were AMAZING - hubby thought so too! :)
A few things I did differently
- I only made 2 porkchops (so I have stuffing leftover)
-the chops were about 1 inch thick and I butterflied them to put the stuffing inside
-I used less salt in the brine
-Since it's winter, I didn't grill, I baked them. 350 degree - bake for 15 minutes and flip and bake for another 15. Set to broil at 500 and broil for 5 minutes on each side.
