Well - I made them last night!  Found all these fancy shmancy recipes online - but instead DH just seasoned them before he left for work (black pepper, garlic, cayenne)
I added a few more spices when I got home from work and put them in a baking pan in the oven and poured a bottle of sweet BBQ sauce over them!
Baked at 350 for 45 minutes and Mmmmmm - they were perfect!  (Well - I think we had them in an extra 10 minutes while our pasta cooked) so they might have been a little done, but still tasted good!  I would say 40-45 minutes is good!  :)

So did you bake them uncovered?  And what additional spices did you add???

Oh - yes I baked them uncovered!  (and I didnt know DH spiced them already - so when I got home I saw they were spiced - but wasn't sure what he put on them) haha
So I added LOTS of Garlic and some seasoned salt for good measure!  :)

*I saw some reviews where people seasoned them with brown sugar, too.  Sounds interesting and would probably give them a much sweeter flavor.  I might try that next time!  :)

Yummy.

I've mixed brown sugar and honey to make a glaze, which then I put on the ribs.

They come out really tender if you put them in a slow cooker.  I put them on in the morning at around 9 am season them with adobo, garlic powder, onion salt, and black pepper on high until about 3 pm, then add the bbq sauce and then cook on low until about 7 pm.  They come out so good!
