The Mongolian beef...

was a huge hit in our house!!! :) It got a little more spicy than I planned, due to an extra little pinch of the red pepper flakes, but it was still really good. DH LOVES spicy so absolutely loved it. Mine was done in like 2 hours though. I left it for an extra 30 minutes just to be sure, but it did NOT need the 4 hours + that the recipe called for.

No, I didnt. I cant go on FB at work. I have the stainless steel, crockpot brand smartpot. Im not sure if it really runs hot or not. :(
