so i bought a hungry girl cookbook and the recipes seems amazing but I noticed that all her pasta dishes call for using these tofu noodles.

Has anyone tried them?? I am super hesitant to buy them so I would love to hear someones experience with them

They're a little weird... Just make sure you rinse and drain them VERY well. I find that they go better with Asian type dishes (stir fry, etc) than Italian. I've heard they're good for soups, but I've never tried it this way.

They're very weird but you get used to them.  I rinse them really well to get the brine off of them and microwave for a minute to get even more out.  I push them in a mesh strainer with paper towels to get as much liquid as I can out.

They work much better with asian dishes like Gator said but also with cheese.  The HungryGirl-fredo is pretty good.  Not so good with red sauces.
