Two tasty, healthy recipes: Stuffed Zucchinis and Roasted Chicken and Veggies
DH and I try to eat healthy at home so I stumbled on this recipe blog a while back. All the recipes are Weight Watchers recipes. We aren't WW folks but they are good go to recipes because they are healthy and usually easy.
Last night I made Roasted Chicken Thighs and Veggies...really easy and DH loved them! He's a big protein and veggies for dinner kind of guy!
Tonight I made Turkey Stuffed Zucchini...another yummy, easy recipe! Only changes I made were to add a pinch or two of cayenne pepper to the turkey mixture and to sprinkle a tiny bit of parmesan on top before putting them in the oven. Oh, and I uncovered them for the last 8 or so minutes of cooking so they could brown. Enjoy! :)
