ugh. cookie help
I found a new cookie recipe that I wanted to try that is heart shaped cookies with two layers-one layer is vanilla and the other chocolate.
I tried the cookies last night and they didn't turn out right at all. The recipe said to mix it all up, then put it in the fridge to chill for a while before rolling it out and cutting out the shapes. I thought it was not thick enough, but I had measured everything out perfectly so I thought-maybe it'll be better after it chills. But it was still too thin and runny to cut the shapes out = (
But I tried a little bit of the dough and it tasted great so I really want to find a way to make it work. I was thinking next time if I add a little bit extra flour it will make it thicker?
