Weight Watchers Taco Soup
This soup is absolutely delicious! And it definitely does the job to "warm you up" :)
And it's super easy!
Put it in the crock pot and let it sit!
This is what I substitued...
Instead of the onions (DH gets terribly sick from them), I put in someand since I was doing no onions, I did "mixed vegetables" instead of just carrots.
Also, make mini meatballs with anyyou would like. Mix the ground meat with and then roll them in little balls. Stick them in the soup an hour BEFORE the soup is finished. They will cook in there... No need to brown them prior.
