i've been meaning to spice up lunch i always eat the same thing
so how do you spice up lunch without packing on the pounds?
Lots of people at the office take their lunch from home and eat it here (like leftovers or so). But I like to go out of the office for a real lunch break. With my work colleague we really try to change everyday and eat health, but it's not always easy.
- asian stuff: noodles with veggies, rice and thai curry (we got a really good take away here, where you can also eat in)
- salad: all sort of mixed salads (at the take away)
- every now and then: a sub or a burger or a pizza
I made pulled pork with baked beans a salad and corn bread. but not good for a diet :P
