The food we had at our wedding

On June 2, 2012

We had a deluxe imported cheese display which included a assortment of bite size imported and domestic cheeses garnished with fresh seasonal fruit and served with assorted crackers.

we also had a fresh fruit platter which includes sliced melons and pineapples, grapes, strawberries, and oranges

for our salad selection we had a sweet gem salad which was mixed greens tossed with fresh garden vegetables including cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, radish, carrots, and fennel with kalamata olives, and Parmesan cheese and we had 2 dressings on the table and they were house Italian and raspberry balsamic. 

We picked 2 entree selections we had chicken modega which was panko breaded chicken breast topped with sauteed mushrooms, bacon, and melted provolone served with white wine lemon sauce . Top round of beef which was dry rubbed and slow roasted and thinly slicked and served with Au Jus 

For our sides we had 3 and they were Green beans almandine, honey glazed carrots, and herb roasted red potatoes.

Our guests at our wedding said that they loved the food and everything tasted so good.
