PWer Aug_09_Bride had a festive, colorful, and fresh 3-Tier square cake.
Each tier was separated by a riser and then offset, which created an interesting 'twist' on traditional square stacking. Bright teal ribbons, pink and orange Gerbera daisies, pink roses, and a delicate hand-piped design gave the cake a fresh and elegant summer look.
The bride says: The cake was frosted with Butter Cream frosting. There were 3 layers; 2 layers were Chocolate Baileys and the largest layer was Strawberries and Champagne. My favorite was the Strawberries and Champagne because the cake was light and the filling had fresh strawberries. It was nice and light for a summer afternoon wedding.
