Photo Sets Vs Booths


Photo booths can be a lot of fun at any reception.  However, it can also get a little pricey.  If you're in the mood, consider instead creating a photo 'set' with a box of props for guests to play with.  A small corner of the room with a backdrop and camera set up for guests to play with, and you're good to go!  Not in the mood to DIY it?  For those gals located in the SoCal area, you're in luck.  There's a company out there called 'Red Dawn Media' that performs just such a service.  From making simple sets, to more complicated.  Their website is:

The last party I was at with them there was a housewarming party.  They built a standard living room wall that had a bunch of photo frames and different back drops along with a box of props.  This was the set up:

Anyway, this can easily be something for more a wedding reception type set up.  And a lot of fun for your guests!
