Q: How do I find a vendor to use for my wedding?
A: Project Wedding is part of the WeddingWire network and shares a large vendor directory with other sites in the network. To find a vendor for your wedding, follow the steps below:
- Click ‘Vendors’ at the top of the screen
- Click the button to Change Your Location if the location displayed is not near your wedding area
- Select the category of vendor you're seeking
- Browse the list for a vendor that suits your needs
- Click on the pink ‘More Info’ button next to a vendor listing to find more information about that vendor
- From the vendor's page, you can:
- Choose to ‘Save the Vendor’ to your vendor list
- Click the ‘Contact Us’ button to contact the vendor
- Click ‘Write a Review’ to add a review of the vendor

Q: Why can’t I find my vendor on Project Wedding?
A: Project Wedding displays only a certain number of vendors from the WeddingWire catalog. We appreciate your input and will contact WeddingWire so that this venue is included on Project Wedding. Please contact WeddingWire directly at support@weddingwire.com to have this vendor added to their system!

Q: I want to become a vendor. How do I do that?
A: Thank you for your interest in Project Wedding! To create a vendor listing, you will need to visit www.weddingwire.com to become an advertiser. Only those vendors with upgraded listings are seen across all WeddingWire Network sites, including Project Wedding. If you have any further questions or want more information, please contact support@weddingwire.com.

Q: As a vendor, am I able to advertise?
You may promote your business within our "Classifieds & Deals" section, but you must include a special offer for PW brides/members in the test of your post. For Example: "For Project Wedding members only, mention this ad for free shipping".
We reserve the right to delete posts that do not adhere to our Community Guidelines. Posting a general advertisement for your business is NOT PERMITTED. Any promotion of your business on the main boards will be removed IMMEDIATELY.

Q: As a vendor, am I able to send private messages to brides, advertising my business?
A: No, you may not. Private messaging brides/members with advertisements for your business is against our Community Guidelines and may lead to the suspension of your account.

Q: I received a review on Project Wedding from a client that I’ve never had. What can I do?
A: Please contact us directly at info@projectwedding.com if you believe that a review you received on our site is fraudulent. This will set in motion our standard investigation process on the review you're disputing. The investigation can take up to 3-10 business days. If the member verifies their review, we will be unable to remove it. If the member cannot verify the review, it will be removed from our site.

Q: There is a negative review of my business on Project Wedding that I want removed! What are my options?
A: While we understand that negative reviews are rarely complimentary to a vendor’s business, please understand that Project Wedding is only a conduit for individuals to express their opinions, which they have a right to express even if it a negative one. If you believe any of such opinions are defamatory, any claim you may have is against the person who posted the review, not the publisher. Under Section 230 of the Communication Decency act (47 U.S.C. 230), Project Wedding is an “interactive computer service” which receives full immunity for publishing users’ comments, whether positive or negative. We highly encourage you to research this law by using publicly-available sources and consulting an attorney before making any related allegations against Project Wedding.
