Cheyenne Schultz PhotographyI would give them ten stars if I could! Cheyenne and her husband were absolutely wonderful as photographers on our wedding day! They took so many beautiful shots of me and my bridal party, as well as me and my husband. I think what made the experience great was that Cheyenne was really professional, and during our consultations she explained what would be good ideas for photo shoots, offered us some really helpful suggestions with the planning, and overall was just a wonderful person to work with. I am so happy that I have so many happy memories of my wedding saved in these beautiful photos.

Cheyenne Schultz PhotographyCheyenne and Geoff are totally amazing. They truly captured the moment of the day and gave us memories in photographic form. Everytime I look at our pictures I tear up because it makes me feel like I am back in that day. Our album is amazing. It has a hard plexiglass cover with a picture under it that just rocks my world! They captured so many great photos of the day when people didn't even know they were taking a picture. there is so much emotion captured in the images. They have an artistic flare to their images but were more than willing to do the traditional photos as well! Their website is very user friendly and was great to show our friends our pictures on! I would recommend them to everyone!

Cheyenne Schultz PhotographyThere is one word that sums up Cheyenne's work (and Cheyenne, as I have learned in the course of our friendship) - AMAZING. When I first met Cheyenne photography was only a hobby, something she enjoyed doing on weekends and in her free time. Within one year she's transformed this passion into a full-time job and is turning business away every day! Cheyenne has a way of capturing all human emotions - something that to me, makes a perfect photograph. Looking at her pictures takes me back to my wedding day, my thoughts, all my feelings, everything comes back to me. Not only is her work indescribably fantastic, Cheyenne is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely professional and sees all of her clients as friends. I feel so fortunate that she and Geoff were brought into our lives and I can't wait to have her document many more milestones in our future!

Cheyenne Schultz PhotographyIs "5" the highest rating you can give a vendor??? It doesn't seem fair especially with regard to Cheyenne. She's BEYOND AMAZING! Believe me I'm not the only one singing her praises. Honestly no one really needs to say anything because her work speaks for itself. Her blog and website are the best I've seen and as a recently married lady that planned her wedding for over a year, I've seen TONS of photographer blogs and websites. She has a built in second shooter by the name of Geoff Schultz - the last name is no coincidence they are married :). This a photography team like you've never seen before. Their eye for the unique and gorgeous is unparalleled. If you do no other favors for yourself, just do yourself this one and book Cheyenne as your wedding photographer. If she's busy on your wedding date CHANGE YOUR WEDDING DATE people! Yeah she's that good! You will not be disappointed!!!

Have you and your FI picked out baby names?
---
FI and I were discussing Greek tradition, in that babies are named after the grandparents. We haven't decided if we're going to go with tradition for all the children, but my FI really wants our first son to be named after his father. That's fine with me!
Boys: Nicholas (FI's father), James, Evan, Lucas
Girls: Ariana, Ava, Eliana, Melina/Melania, Juliet, Isabel/Isabella, Gabriella

Cheyenne Wedding Bios
Wow..where to begin..
The first time I met my FI I was 18 and hanging out in a bar in Cheyenne WY pretending i was awesome and old enough to be in there. It did not really work because FI and his friends were making jokes that maybe I should be drinking out of a Sippy cup instead of a beer bottle. Oh well, I must have done something right because a few months later FI confessed that he was madly in love with me....a year later we bought a cat....a few months after that we moved across the country to Michigan together...a couple years after that we went on a hike in knee deep snow in -10 degree weather with our black lab and poof, Scott kneeled down and next thing I knew I had a ring on my left finger!
On a more serious note....
FI and I dated and always had a fun relationship. We had a lot in common except where we were from, which made things difficult. My family is from Arizona, his from Wisconsin. My parents moved to Wyoming in 2003 and FI was stationed there at FE Warren Air Force Base. When FI's four years active duty were over, he wanted to move back closer to his family, specifically in Northern Michigan, to go to school. I really thought this was the end of our relationship as my plans were to go back to Arizona to finish school. I was enrolled at Northern Arizona University and had an apartment set up with my best friend. I helped FI move his stuff to Michigan and was about to get on the plane to fly home. The second he left the airport I started crying uncontrollably. I was sick to my stomach and instantly felt empty. He called me seconds later saying he could not drive with all the tears in his eyes. This was the moment I knew I did not want to live with out him. This was the moment I felt he was my soul mate and best friend. I flew home, packed my things and moved to Michigan. My friend was upset with me for bailing out on her and it took a year for her to forgive me. She is now in my wedding : ) FI and I went to Northern Michigan University and we graduated on the same day in May 2009. We have grown so close, so in love and so happy. It was the best decision of my life to move with him and I would not change it for the world.
Outside the courthouse where we have been sworn in for our marriage license!!

This is the dress my BMs and I picked out. The bms will wear it in blue (horizon) and my moh will wear the pink! They will pick their own silver shoes and will be carrying hot pink roses.
Below are pictures of some of my girls wearing the dress - they love it! The dresses are not in the right colors but I was more concerned with fit.
MOH - Jess (lil' sis) - not quite the color Bridesmaid - Anngela - will wear strap to feel more comforatble
Bridesmaid - Krissy (color is not this dark) Krissy and I - I am wearing the Pink that Jess will be wearing
BM Shoe inspiration: **Photo - Cheyenne Schultz
They are dyeable shoes and can be found here. The BMs will wear the fushia color and my MOH will wear blue
EDIT-- September 30, 2009 - all the girls will be wearing fuschia shoes which have been ordered! yay! and all the girls will wear Horizon dresses (BAMusic123's girls wore horizon - I am glad the color doesn't blow out in pictures) The shoes came in and they are gorgeous!!! I am so happy with them! Posted Vendor Review!
UPDATE: November 14, 2009 -- HATE the short dresses! They looked terrible on the girls this weekend. I don't know what was so different but no one liked them any more =/ LAME. We talked and we all feel like the short dresses we liked were too similar to something a guest would wear. They wanted to FEEL like bridesmaids...so we went with long dresses. I am really happy we made that decision!! The girls look beautiful!
Krissy, Lindsay, Jess Anngela
Their Dress came in!!! it's GORGEOUS!!!! Here is my MOH in her dress with the sash that I made (which hasn't been finished)
Maid of Honor -- Jessica (lil' sis)
Bridesmaid -- Krissy (Best Friend)
Bridesmaid -- Lindsay (Best Friend -- yes I have 2 -- don't judge)
Bridesmaid -- Anngela (BIL's gf of 7 years)

I am a speech pathologist that has recently moved from Tennessee back to the West. I am working in Cheyenne Wyoming and living in Ft. Collins, Colorado. I have the best job in the world. I am a speech pathologist for children ages birth to three years old. I work with children with disabilities, as well as with children who just haven't started talking yet. I feel so fortunate to have a job that I love! Besides my job, I like to ski, snowshoe (sunrise is the best!), hike, camp, attempt to play guitar and read a good book now and then. I am so excited to be marrying my best friend and I can't wait to see what our future together holds!!

My fiancé and I both grew up in Cheyenne Wyoming and are finishing up college in nearby Laramie at the University of Wyoming. All of our friends are nearby and it is a good home base to wed because our families still live there.
Although I am Lutheran and he is Catholic (arch enemies- I know) religion has never played a role in our relationship. The venue of choice happens to be a neutral, party-tastic ceremony and reception all rolled into one.
Cheyenne Kiwanis Community House, Lyons Park.
Now, this place is a staple of events in Cheyenne- Got married? Party here. BBQ cook-off? Party here. High school dances? Most of them here. In fact- the last time I was in this place was a junior high dance. It may be a catch all, but its my catch all and the PRICE IS RIGHT.
It is situated within historic Lions Park with botanical gardens and a lake. Picture ops galore.
