JACQUES FLOWER SHOPWe had a great experience using Jacques for our wedding. They are very professional, flexible with what you want and with your budget, and were very happy with our beautiful flowers on the day of... I wanted a rustic feel and Nancy did amazing things with birch bark and greenery to make the room look like a fairytale! A true gem of a business.

JACQUES FLOWER SHOPJacques were very accommodating. I went in there knowing what i wanted and i got pretty much that. I was impressed and so were the guests. I still cant stop looking at my bouquet. I wasn't planning on keeping it, but once the day came and i saw how gorgeous it was, i had to :)
My only issues with them were that I wanted hydrangeas for the bouts but we were told a week before when they tried to do a mock up that they wilted to fast, then we switched to a orchid that was a similar look for all of them. We were supposed to get white for the groom and green for the other men.... the green never came in. I got a phone call the DAY BEFORE when they were doing everything, so then we made the switch to the bells of Ireland; which admittedly looked good. Other than that. there was mis-communication with the fact that i wanted peonies or roses that looked like peonies and i got little garden roses- when we went in to see the centerpiece mock up - i had them make the switch (and thats when they told me that the peonies were actually cheaper!!)... but in the end i got my peonies for my bouquet and matching ones on the cake :)
Other than that. They seemed a little disorganized. If they weren't the ones we previously dealt with they were on the phone confirming or trying to, or looking for our contract sheet - seems like they need a computer or something to log their orders. But in the end we got want we wanted and we were happy :)

I am SO excited ladies! My Hen (the UK equivilant of a bachelorette) weekend starts tomorrow! Actually its a joint hen and stag weekend! We have rented a big town house in Brighton and we are all staying there for the weekend. On the Friday night the guys are heading out and us girls are staying in for a girlie night, Saturday daytime us girls are doing our own thing while the guys do theirs, and then we are all heading out on Saturday night for a big group night out. Sunday is a day of chilling out and relaxing/recovering! I have no idea what else is planned, my bridesmaids have it all worked out and havent told me anything! Eeeekk! And the best thing is, the weather forecast for Brighton is sunny, highs of 19 deg, which for late September in England is pretty damn good! yay! I will of course be letting you all know how it goes :o)

I'm not big on writing reviews or posting on message boards, but in the case of our wedding photographer I have to make an exception. Josh Andrus shot our July wedding at Wickham Park in Manchester, CT... The photos he produced, in addition to his overall presence and attitude throughout the event, could not have been better. We have gotten an overwhelmingly positive response from many of our guests who were so impressed with Josh's ability to be "everywhere and nowhere" - no guests or special moment was left out, yet we hardly ever knew when our pictures were being taken. The result was a powerful, hilarious, sentimental, and artistic collection of candids that my husband and I will cherish forever. Josh captured each of our loved ones in their truest forms. Did I mention that our venue spanned a large garden with gazebos and benches, a log cabin, a huge food tent, a stretch of woods, and hundreds of yards of grassy hills? If it didn't get you before, Josh's ability to catch everything should mean a whole lot more now. As you can tell, I can't speak highly enough of him and his work. If you're in the midst of the painstaking photographer hunt, take a moment to contact him - I'm convinced it will be one of the best decisions you will make in your wedding planning process.

Eurgh. I hope everyone's Mondays are better than mine. I have had an awesome month but today is the start of my first full week at work since the end of May and I am snowed under with work :o( we spent the first 2 weeks of June in Corfu - had an amazing holiday, got back last week and then last Thursday we went up to Manchester for a long weekend with friends to see Bon Jovi on the Friday night at Old Trafford cricket ground. I am obsessed with that band, it was my 7th time seeing them live and despite the torrential rain, they still rocked my world. Now I have serious post-holiday/post-Bon Jovi blues :o( :o( :o( I havent been on here much at all in the last month so I'm hoping all things wedding related will cheer me up.

UGH!! I love my best friend, but right now, if I could walk away from her wedding, I would. Her bridal shower is on our first father's day. Her batchelorette is in Miami (We live in NH) over the 4th of July weekend, and her wedding is during the week, requiring two days off from work, and the BM dress was $300...
I'm taking a red eye flight home from Denver and driving right to her bridal shower, and missing DH's 1st fathers day. I told her I can not go to Miami, its too much with the baby seeing how Im nursing. But since I can't go, I offered to plan a small, local get together with some friends and co-workers who obviously can't go to Miami...
Now her sister (who she hates) is the MOH. I asked my friend to think about a date and to get me a list of friends to invite about 2 weeks ago. I just got this email from her sister... "So what's this I hear about you supposedly planning another party for Sara? Don't you think I, as the maid of honor, should be involved in the decision making process"
I am fuming right now... right now, I want nothing to do with her wedding... How do I address the MOH without going into b*tch mode?

Manchester Wedding Bios
“I was the only one to sit here think if Paul scholes lead team to play this game, he will like this team?” A man from Aberdeen named Craig’s fans through text
messages to the BBC platform expressed his views. The Manchester united won, but team consecutive five single-game can only score a goal, and this is bright big contrast with the first season five rounds into 21 ball . Unconsciously, rooney’s
league goal drought has reached the six games, but it should blame to who?
after the first 5 rounds end, Manchester united and Manchester city goals is 21 than 17, then The Red Devils goals is more than followed rivals four, but now 12 round kick over Manchester united goals only increased to 29, and Manchester city’s goals was to 42, has more than Manchester united 13, in other words
recently seven matches, the Manchester city goals is more than Manchester united 17 , the difference nonpredicative is not is not clear.

According to statistics, the efficiency of Manchester united shot
into goals in the premier league or pulls ahead, but the problem is to create opportunities is less than rivals Manchester city. With this game as an example, the whole game Manchester united just created two corners opportunities , and the
swans’ west team’s corner is actually the reds’s three times.corner is Not all of the attack, but it can reflect a team attack effect. The Swansea team’s sideways breakthrough,
originally is one of Manchester united attacking tool, but nani’s lowstate let team recent could go completely on this gallery .
More let person headache is, because the midfielder ungelivable to force sir alex ferguson make the
“sacrifice” Wayne rooney’s tactics, though small fat is forward on the name , but in the game deeper retreats organization let him more and more far distance of the opposite side goal . despite Wayne rooney having completed 6 shots, but in addition
to the last moment the high shot is complete in restricted area outside, most are in utmost forbidden area , so in the second half when Wome make flapping worm long shots ball to Wayne rooney , a fan said: “Wayne rooney unexpectedly could
give opposite side goalkeeper makes trouble”
Ferguson praised carrick, the more prominent in the team organization is not capable of attack. Because as a defensive midfielder players, Michael carrick more time in game is assisting the
defence defensive, not forward engineering organization. At this time the reds fans has think of Tom Cleverley, but the midfielde because of an ankle ligament injury will miss at least to the Christmas period, perhaps because of this, and the British
media to draw the conclusion: it is forCleverley injury, his fame and fans is desire for him grow with each passing day.

I'm in my final year of studying for an MA in Social Work (due to qualify two weeks after our wedding or hopefully, if I'm organised, before the wedding!) and Rob works as an Environmental Consultant. We got engaged in July 2008 and are getting married in August 2009.

Hi everybody, I'm from South Africa, Cape Town, actually a small town called Stellenbosch, but it's soooo much easier telling people I'm from Cape Town, coz everyone knows where Cape Town is.
My wedding is in December 2009 and I can't wait for it, but my fiance is being a typical man about the wedding, although he also wants to make decisions regarding the wedding...the first one he came up with - THE CAKE - if you know football (European), then you should know Manchester United FC, he wants our cake to have a MUFC badge and in their colours too, which is RED. Our wedding colours are Cerise pink and Black...enough said.
I've been looking at a few dresses and one Maggie Sottero dress caught my eye...Eleanor looks absolutely breathtaking and that's exactly the effect I want to have on our wedding day...
If anyone has any pink and black decor ideas, please let know, I've got a few, but I'm looking at some more, preferably DIY :-)

I haven't previously had time to start my bio - so thought I would just use it now that I have pics from our fantastic wedding on 24th July!
It was the best day ever, our church ceremony was beautiful and the rain manged to stay away (we live in Manchester England ehere it rains nearly every day!!).
The reception was at Manchester Town Hall - absolutely gorgeous buliding. The room looked fab with the flowers, chair covers and cupcakes!
The only hiccup of the day was the silly hair and make up lady turning up ridiculously late - I had literally 1 minute to dive in my dress and run out to the car. But apart from that everything else went really well! We partied until 1am, disco was pumping!!!
It's brill being married, love my Mr Lennard sooo much xxxx

We met over 20 years ago in our High School band room...yes, at one time, we were both proud members of the Marching Band! The next year we sat next to each other in a class, becoming instant friends and then a couple. After a year and a half, the trials and tribulations of a long distance relationship made our split bittersweet, as Jeff went off to college and Laura had two more years of highschool.
We rekindled last Spring and life has been sweeter than both of us knew possible ever since. Laura has been blessed with two beautiful children, Annabelle (8) and Wilder (4). She is a Naturopathic Doctor and owner of Whole Health Concord, a Naturopathic medical practice in town. Her favorite hobbies are yoga, photography and cooking. She feels like the luckiest woman in the world to have two awesome (and crazy) kids and to have found a wonderful man like Jeff to love her and her children the way that he does. Jefferson reports that he has two passions in life: engineering and Laura. Though he recently moved on to the "glamorous" world of marketing he still practices engineering by volunteering with the FIRST Robotics program at West High School in Manchester, NH. Jeff is looking forward to spending the rest of his days with the love of his life and teaching her peanuts the wonderful world of engineering. We both, along with Annabelle and Wilder, are so excited to officially become a family.
We are tying the knot at the Inn at Mountain View Farm in East Burke, Vermont on September 24, 2011. The Inn sits on a 440-acre historic farm in Vermont's beautiful Northeast Kingdom. The property is laced with miles of hiking and biking trails, known as the nationally acclaimed Kingdom Trails. We are looking forward to a weekend of celebration with our closest friends and family.
