A friend had called to go out cruising since there wasn't much for us to do then. As she arrived at my apartment in a giant blue Tahoe. I noticed two people in the car, one in the driver side and one in the passenger seat. I didn't realize she had invited someone else. So I hopped into the back seat behind the driver! Thinking she was the driver however, it was JR driving. As we were cruising around town JR yells that he has to use the restroom really bad and didn't know where he can use the restroom. I thought oh boy this guy has anger issues. I suggested he use the restroom at the casino. Hello, it's a public place. So he left my friend and I in the car parked in the valet section at the RIO Hotel. I tell my friend oh he's cute but he has an anger issue. I don't know if I can deal with that. Anyway, we cruised over to Mary Kay's and met up with another friend of ours and she took us home. Since JR lives in Henderson and he was already half way home. Mind you my friend and I lived in the North side of Vegas. As I got out of the car, I see JR playing with his cell phone. I'm thinking he's probably just going to call other girls to go hang out with. As soon as I was about to step into my friends car (her car was parked on his driver side) JR quickly asks "can I get your number" and I said "sure, it was about time!"

He hasn't called me yet! It's been a few days now. A group of friends were heading to Vegas from California and invited my girls and I to come out. No one got a hotel room so I offered my apartment for everyone to crash at. JR was there so came alone with everyone else. He had left early in the morning with everyone. After everyone was gone I noticed a white button downed shirt on my floor. I knew who it belonged to so I called my friend to call him to come and get his shirt.

After 6 years, he finally admitted to leaving his shirt at my apartment on purpose! 

How we met. I think it was around 2000 or 2001, we met through a friend. I was pretty much new to Vegas. I picked up her friend and we then picked JoAnna up and hung out. Not quite sure where we went but as the night progressed I knew in my head that I had to ask for her number. So at the end of the night I was hesitant to ask for her number. My thoughts were not very organized on how to ask her for her number. Embarrassingly, I blurted for her number. I got it though and from then on it was amazing.
