"The menu consisted of many of our favorite foods including shrimp cocktail, a grits station, duck confit quesadillas, catfish lafitte and a special late night offering of grown up grilled cheese and sweet potato chips." Of course, Tabasco sauce was on offer for those who wanted a little heat.
