What still remains on your "to-do" list?

I think this will be a great way to keep eachother on track. See if we're ahead of the game??...or trailing slightly behind??...lol :)

done:  venue, photographer, videographer, HMU, shoes, dress, BM dresses/shoes/HMU

still need to do (or in progress):  florist, lighting, STD (almost done!), invitations, transportation, namecards/candy buffet signs, reserved signs for ceremony, aisle runner, music, guestbook, pick cake, favors.  A lot of these I think can be done closer to the wedding though.

Ah I am completely behind in the game =(

 done: venue, photographer, dress, shoes, MOH dress, BM dress and shoes, bridemaids gifts, groom's tux

still need to do (or in progress): florist, dj/mc, officiant, rentals (lighting/decorations), STD (already started), invitations, programs, party favors (just need to order), cake (scheduled tasting), namecards, engagement shoot (already booked the date), Hair and Makeup, groom's men gift, music, videographer (still debating), confirm group discount for hotels (already contacted), and I'm sure a ton more I can't think of...

the only thing that makes me feel better.. is that I have booked consultations and appointments for the majority of the vendors... but still a lot more to go

Done List:

Venues picked and deposits down, Hired DJ and photog, Ordered grooms cake. Booked Engagement shoot for April.. 

STD , sent out last November (We are having a DW so I needed to send them out early ),

Invites designed; I just need to order them. 

Menu picked... Cake designed picked.

Wedding dress bought , wedding shoes , hair flower bought jewelry for the big day, Cake topper bought. 

My mom bought and picked out her gown

Bridesmaid dresses picked out but only 1 out of 3 have bought yet.. 

Centerpieces done!! yay!  (Huge thing off my back)

NEED TO DO:

Pick out cake flavors..(We cant agree...lol)

Pick out the guys suits.. 

Buy garter... 

Order extra roses petals.. And diamond confetti.. 

I think thats about it.., just random little things I need to do.

• MUA (50% deposit paid)
• Ceremony/Reception Venue (1st and 2nd deposits paid)
• Caterer (included with venue)
• Florist/Decor (initial deposit paid)
• Lighting (initial deposit paid)
• Officiant
• Wedding Consultants (paid in full)

Vendors Needing to be Booked:

• Videographer
• Transportation (selected company...just need to pay deposit)
• Additional musician for gazebo (if the budget allows for it)
• Hairstylist (entire bridal party)
