Just wondering if there are any fellow 10.2.10 brides out there!? How are your plans coming along? What part of the country are getting married? How excited are you getting! AHH! :)

we are in New York, i cant wait, its going to be so beautiful outside, i hope its a nice sunny fall day! (totally keeping my fingers crossed)

i feel like ive got a lot done, ive got a couple DIY projects to finish up and just a few things left to order (like our rings, tea lights for the tables, booking our honeymoon... those are the only 'big' things i can think of that are left to buy).  ill also set up a meeting with our reception venue and florist next month to finalize/go over plans/ideas.

how about you?  how are you dinng with your 'list'?

oh yeah, and i just remembered we need to completely finalize our guest list so i can start getting addresses for the invites, i keep kinda putting it off bc i have a feeling its going to be a big pain in the butt.  and i also want to start thinking about a timeline of events for the day, i know when the ceremony and reception will start but nothing more detailed than that so far.

We're getting married in my hometown of DuBois PA (about 2 hrs north east of our now hometown of Pittsburgh). I'm praying its a nice, sunny fall day too!

We pretty much have the big things taken care of...church, reception site, limo, photog...we have to finalize and book our honeymoon (Where are you going, btw? Aruba here! I was really worried about hurricane season :/). Also have to finalize plans with florist, and find a cake person. So....I better get on stuff! Sounds like you're doing great! I'm more worried about getting the smaller details in order....its a 2 hour drive to the wedding locale, sooo!

What kinds of DIY things are you doing? I'm gonna do stuff like baskets for the restrooms at the reception site, flower cones and bows for the church, and the favors (we're doing jordan almond flowers and little bottles of Limoncello, an Italian liquor). Im def. missing some things there!

sounds like youve got a lot done too!  same here though, i keep trying to think of little detail things that have to get done that i dont want to forget.

i have a DIY section in my bio, but the list seems to keep growing, its getting annoying! lol! heres what ive got so far:  my brooch bracelelt for the wedding, "MRS" hoodie to wear while getting ready, centerpieces, table numbers, aisle runner (painting a monogram/design onto it), flower girl jewelry (necklace and earrings), uplights (that was an easy one, just had to buy the supplies, which is done), cardbox, and a couple other things... see what i mean?! when i originally started thinking of things i could DIY there were only like 3 things!  lol!  oh yeah and my invites are going to end up being semi-DIY (ive purchased them, but im going to print and assemble them myself). aiy yi yi!

we just picked a baker for our cake back in january, that was a lot of fun, love cake

we're almost at the 6 month count down (and actualy, i believe next week sometime will be T- 199 days!!) can you believe it?!

oh yeah and we're going to Vegas for our honeymoon!

I have most of the big things done already, chuch, hall, photo, honeymoon, limo, tuxes and dress..All we have left is to find a florist and a dj...after that all we have to do is pay everything off (urgh). I am also putting off the whole addresses for the guest list...so tedious and not looking forward to it!!

oops forgot to say that we are Chicago, IL and we are going to Hawaii for our honeymoon...i highly suggest Hawaii...no hurricane season there!!!

We are getting married in upstate NY.  We have so much "done" already.  We have a venue, dj, photographer, BM dresses ordered, tuxes ordered, and my dress purchased.  I also know what my plans are for centerpieces, favors, "guest book", flowers and cake.  I just have to make the purchases and put them all together!!  Invitations have been bought..I just need to finalize guest list and choose wording and print them out!!  Big sigh of relief!!  Happy planning ladies!!

We've got most things booked, church, hall, decor, flowers...still waiting for my dress to arrive, should be in the next couple of weeks. sent out the STDs and we're DIY invites so will be getting on that soon! But since we move into our new house TOMOROW (yeah!!!) we will taking a break from wedding stuff to do house stuff this week!!
